Meet Chocolate Cookie Bar — a cookie, reimagined in chocolate.

For one day only, on Thursday 24th Spetember, Petit Loulou joins forces with Valrhona and Regional Pastry Chef Guillaume Lopvet to create a 200g chocolate bar that looks like a cookie, but tastes like something entirely unexpected.

Moulded from Guillaume’s custom 3D design, it brings together Dulcey 35% blond chocolate, Guanaja 70% ganache, Hukambi 53% praline, vanilla caramel and a crisp sablé base. A little French pâtisserie, a little Loulou, and a lot of chocolate.
