It’s time to bid adieu to 2023, and welcome in 2024
Toast to the new year with our exquisite a la carte menu curated by our head chef Ned Parker. Enjoy house favourites such as Baked scallops, vadouvan, duchess potato, our Steak tartare classique with potato crisps, or the 600g bone in wagyu sirloin with sauce Bordelaise. Finish with something sweet like our Mont blanc with Pedro Ximénez & raisin or Mousse au chocolat with hazelnut.
After dinner, walk down to the harbour and watch the iconic Sydney fireworks display as they light up Lavender Bay.
All bookings are invited to dine on our a la carte menu. There is also a kid’s menu available on the night for diners under 12.
