An evening with Ray Nadeson of Lethbridge wines

Join us for a mesmerizing culinary journey at Loulou Bistro’s
Wine Dinner with Lethbridge Wine’s Head Winemaker Ray Nadeson.

Located in the Moorabool Valley, 30 kilometers northwest of Geelong, Lethbridge Wines favours cool climate wines such as Pinot Noir, Shiraz and Chardonnay, leveraging the unique terroir formed by years of volcanic activity and a Mediterranean climate.

This wine dinner is led by our Head Sommelier, Thomas Craig, and Head Winemaker at Lethbridge, Ray Nadeson, as they show how the unique flavours of Lethbridge wines complement the flavours of our menu.

On arrival, you’ll be met with a tartelette of school prawns with smoked crème fraiche & finger lime and a glass of 2023 Lethbridge Estate Riesling.  Afterwards, be guided to your seat to enjoy your 3-course menu paired with 6 wines from the Lethbridge range, each representing a true reflection of its terroir—embodying structure, texture, and unparalleled freshness. 

Priced at $160 per person, the evening includes a canape and wine on arrival, followed by a 3-course menu and 6 paired wines.
